Twister machine for home exercise, beautiful design, exquisite color, very sturdy aluminum material (supports up to 500 lbs). The base has protective plastic feet to prevent slipping. It adjusts to rotate elastic cords with a resistance capacity of over 200 lbs. Easy to use, easy to store. Works legs, arms, back, and glutes. Ideal as a gift.

I’ve been using this waist trainer religiously for the last week along with dieting. After just a week I lost 2 inches!! I absolutely love the progress I’m seeing with this product. The base is sturdy and holds my 260lb husband perfectly. I have vinyl floor and there’s no slip, I can get on and off with no help and the band resistance is enough to feel the burn.

This waist twister machine is simple to use and works great. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and it doesn’t take up much space. I like using it while watching TV to get extra movement in. It gives a nice stretch and helps work my core and waist area.

It’s great BUT the resistance is uneven and weak. Idk if that’s something I can fix but that’s the only issue. It carries holds our weight and it cracks your back nicely in the morning lol the color lavender/purple is very pretty too.

This waist trainer with resistance bands is actually pretty good. It was very easy to assemble and directions are clear. I like that the bands are attached. I feel pretty stable on it. I do recommend wearing good tennis shoes. It’s a manual device, no plugs so there’s no noises.
