Nice smart watch, has a blinking green light under that is always measuring your heart rate and your sleep cycle not heavy very comfortable. Battery life so far good!

It was fully charged when it arrived and the set up was very easy. You install the app on your phone and you can see all of your information there. It's been a good tool for me to track my sleep and stress. It's just lovely:)
